Albert C. Kobayashi, Inc. is an ESOP company (Employee Stock Ownership Plan). ACK is known for providing its clients with a wealth of experience and knowledge in the construction industry. We are dedicated to providing clients with the best possible service and the most effective method of construction. Our goal is to complete the project on time and within budget. ACK strives for company growth and expansion, with professional integrity and client satisfaction.
Founder
Albert C. Kobayashi previously served as the Chairman and President of the Home Builders Association of Hawaii and as a National Director of the Home Builders Association of the U.S.

among Owner/Architect/Contractor.

Owner is provided with early pricing, design/ cost alternatives and choice
of materials and methods of construction to fulfill objectives and meet
budgetary requirements.
