Project Manager

Under general guidance, responsible for the overall administration of a project. The Project Manager works directly with the Superintendent to ensure contractual obligations and ownership commitments are fulfilled. In addition, the Project Manager supervises and directs the work of staff employees assigned to the project.

Project Engineer – Construction

Under general supervision, performs administrative functions of the project; follows established policies, procedures, and specific instructions. The primary duty of the position directly relates to the management or general business operations of the company or its customers in areas such as accounting, quality control, marketing, budgeting, and purchasing. The candidate is expected to exercise discretion and use independent judgement with respect to matters of significance.

Construction Superintendent

Under general guidance, the Superintendent is responsible for the overall supervision and day to day operations of a construction project. The Superintendent secures a project’s conformance to schedule and budget commitments, by scheduling, coordinating, supervising and directing the work done at a project, and manages all direct labor positions at the project.
